Please look in your closet, desk drawers, coat pockets, file cabinets, storage units, basements, and attics, and check with your friends, neighbors, co-workers, students, clients, family members, customers, small group, youth ministry, or club to see if you or they have any of the following items:
Audio Equipment | Because of high import taxes, most churches cannot afford the PA systems their growing congregations require in order to effectively communicate the Word of God. If you or your church have microphones, cables, mixers, musical instruments, amplifiers, speakers, or other audio equipment, we can use it to propogate the Good News in Uganda. Contact us for a full list of equipment needs.
Mobile Phones | Cellular networks are covering nearly all of Uganda, but the high cost of acquiring a phone of their own restricts most villagers in Uganda from using one. We want to bless friends and co-workers while staying in communication with them for the work of the ministry. We can use quad-band phones that have SIM card technology, whether old or new. The phones should be network unlocked and in good working condition.
Study Bibles | English is the official language of Uganda and is taught in schools. Though we mainly focus our Bible distribution on Luganda speaking rural villages, we do have vision to give English speaking city pastors better tools to lead their congregations. The built-in study helps in many Bibles are an invaluable resource that we can't get cheaply in Uganda.
